no sound from my JVC TV

Hi,

 

I turned my Tv on one morning and no sound.  It's not on mute and tried to mess with buttons.  The picture is fine and didn't have warning the speakers were acting up.  I got a  3 year son who loves to push the buttons on the TV so, not sure if he did push something. I tried everything, any suggestions?

Hitachi 50V500 red

I thought the glowing red screen in my Hitachi 50V500A was an isolated problem and since I didn't buy the extended warranty, thought I'd write it off as a bad experience.  But now, after reading so many with similar problems, I've realized this is not an isolated problem.  Hitachi has a responsibility to its consumers to deal with this.  I never would have guessed that my 18 year old Sony tube TV would out last my 2 1/4 year LCD that I paid 5 times more for.  Any new results with Hitachi on this one?

Problem with Sony KP-65WS500

Hello all,

 

I'm new here, hoping I can get some help ... I turned on my TV this afteroon and I have what seems like a double image, on my TV.  I don't know how best to describe this.  I've only had this TV for less than 3 years.  Any idea what it can be?

 Cleaning lady had disconnected everything and when I turned TV back on, all of a sudden this happened, not sure if maybe something is connected incorrectly or if it is just a coincidence that the TV decided to go kaputz after said event.

I recently bought a 52" sony XBR (KP-53XBR4CT). The picture was fine at first but now when i first turn it on the picture will move up slightly and the move back down about every 10 seconds until the tv is warmed up. Also every once and awhile the picture will flip upside down for a second and then back to normal. Once the tv warms up it hardly ever does either of these two problems. Any one that could help PLEASE respond. Thanks

Toshiba 55HX70 won't display full horizontal picture size

I have a Toshiba Cinema Series 55HX70 TV, and about 2 weeks ago the TV/Cable video isn't filling the whole screen width (even though the height is fine).  It's like letterbox only sideways-it literally fills the full height but squeezes the picture horizontally leaving about 3-4" of blackspace on each side.  But, when I play a DVD, it fills the screen correctly.

Hi I have a Mitsubishi VS-45VA2CA projection t.v.

It has lines going across the screen  and the picture is green.I had replaced two ICS about 4 years ago the code on the back of these chips where 391020chc4 and 391020cba8 I don't know what these are I had a repair guy replace them it cost me 303.84 picture was great up until yesterday.could this be the problem again. any help would be great thanks
