I have a Toshiba Cinema Series 55HX70 TV, and about 2 weeks ago the TV/Cable video isn't filling the whole screen width (even though the height is fine). It's like letterbox only sideways-it literally fills the full height but squeezes the picture horizontally leaving about 3-4" of blackspace on each side. But, when I play a DVD, it fills the screen correctly.
We never had this problem before, and I've been through all the TV menu settings, the manual, and searched the forums here, but can't figure out how to get it fixed. Wondering if it's maybe a cablebox issue, I cabling issue, or something with the TV projection (although that DVD's display fine would seem to negate this).
