Howdy from Arlington, Texas.

I live 17 miles from the closest broad cast tower.  The Zenith TV upstairs cannot pick up and hold the signals for Channel 68.1 or Channel 68.2-it will pick and hold the signal for Chanel 68.3

Picture comes in and less than 30 seconds later, the screen turns white.

I have repositioned the smart antenna, turned the knob on the smart antenna, repositioned the antenna in the direction of the tower (provided by antenna web-based on zip code)

HELP!

Toshiba LCD DVD player combo no power up.

Well I have a friend who dropped a LCD set into my lap and I am trying to trace out a power up issue.  There seeems to be power to power LED that switches from red to green but will not boot up.  Conserned it is either the power supply or startup circuit on main board.  I think the latter but I need Service manual to confirm.  Any suggestions where I can get a manual and possible parts for repair?
