Television and Home Theater

I have a TV with a digital cable box in a room. I would like to be able to watch two tv's at once in the room but different channels. I bought a cable splitter that has an 'IN' and two 'OUT' jacks. I put the wall cord into the 'IN' jack and then two separate cable cords in the 'out' positions which each went directly into the two TV's cable jacks. Both tv's get cable, but the smaller tv without the digital box changes when the big tv with the cable box changes. How do I get the two tv's to get separate stations? Thanks for your help!!

I  have a JVC model # AV-27530 that no matter what I try I can not get rid of the green and I do mean green. I have tried adjusting the tint and color and nothing works. Is there something inside the back cover that I can adjust? Seems like anything that should be a black or dark color just comes out green.

I'm trying to repair a Philips 27PT6441/37 television chasis L04.1U AA. When you try to turn on the set nothing happens. On the front panel a green LED stays lit but nothing happens. I've heard this green light is for codes. Anyone have an ideas about this problem.
