Mitsubishi WS65513 out of focus on right 1/4th of screen

I just recovered from the blinking green light of death by replacing the DM module capacitors thanks to Larry. Pleased with the outcome of this last problem, I wanted to take this time to see if another issue I've had with the TV could be fixed as well.

Picture distorted and flashing

I have a Toshiba 61H71 where the picture gets distorted and flashes and somtimes it will shut off the TV completely. After I unplug the tv and wait and plug it back in it will come back on. Inside around the voltage regulator Q801 and Converter Transformer something is making a hissing sound when the problem is happening.

i have a RCA PROSCAN 80 SERIES MODEL NUMBER PS60682 and it worked great before i rented a trailer and moved it

all i can tell you is when i plug the power cord in at 1st i hear a ticking sound which last about a minute

parental control lock - BRAVIA KDL 32V2000

If the parent lock has been put on mistakenly!!! and the programs have been recorded and have a padlock sign by them, surely you can enter your code and watch.

No where in manual can find this function.  Can find instructions to unlock future recordings but how can you not children watch something if they have blocked the whole BBC1 for the lat three evenings and everything is locked and blocked.

Have been on SONY website but nothing - short of rining direct to shop.

No picture. No sound.

In testing the outputs from G board (power supply) to both A and B boards are reading erratically. The readings are not as the tech manual states.

Is replacing the G board the way to go or is there a different solution?
