sony wega trinitron 9 blinks

I have a sony wega trinitron srs.  the power button no longer turns on the tv.  The red button flashes 9 times pauses and then repeats.  The telivision will also not turn on via remote.  Is this worth paying someone to fix.

i had to replace the lamp and when i turned tv back on there was no picture and the lamp light was blinking on the front panel. Also there was a rapid beeping noise coming from the lamp area any suggestions what it might be? I was told that i should replace the ballast.

hlr5067w color wheel replacement

do anyone have a guide on how to replace the color wheel on a hlr5067w.  I think it is bad, because it is making alot of noise and I tool a look and the fans are good.

Need help with Sony Videoscope XBR

Short version...tv was fine...tv was accidentally turned off...tv was turned right back on...tv is now pink and green and distorted.

It is a Sony Videoscope XBR model KP61XBR200. I'm trying to figure out if it is more cost effective to fix or to replace so if anyone can diagnose this and give me an estimated cost on repairing it I would really appreciate it!

Samsung 1080i convergence problem.

My ancient but hardy Samsung 1080 SP42Q2HL rear projection tv has suddenly split it's colours. When I press "self focus" I get the error message check factory data. I have had a look at the advice on the forum and I have tried to adjust convergence manually from the guide in the users manual but the option of manual convergence isn't available. My tv goes, time, plug and play, language, self focus, blue screen, more>, melody, AV set up.

I am wondering if it would be

a) worth buying a service manual,

b) more of a problem than just adjusting the convergence

Convergence Issue after IC replacement

Hello Everyone. I'm hoping someone can help my. 

I have a Panasonic PT56TW53G rear projection. The other day I noticed that the green convergence was off by about 3 inches in the horizontal direction, and I couldn't adjust it enough. After reading several posts on here, I replaced the two 392-110 convergence IC's. 

After replacing them, now it appears the red convergence is way off (again in the horizontal direction). A couple of things to point out: 

- I'm sure I plugged everything back in correctly.
