Television and Home Theater

Hello, I have a Magnavox 27" LCD, flat screen Television, purchased about 1 year ago. The problem is that when you connect anything (DVD player, Cable box, etc.)  to any of the inputs (RCA, S-Video or Cable) the picture shows up, but with no color, only black & white.  The weird thing is that if you plug something into any of the Component inputs, the color & picture shows perfectly fine as well as the TV menu is in color. Any suggestions?

Hi. Can anyone help with a picture or diagram of the components in this cabinet. I am trying to identify the "A" board. I have a damaged board to the right of the high voltage board as you face the back of the cab. This board has another sound output board on its edge. Is this the "A" . Thanks alot.Dave

I have a magnavox 15MF400T/37 15" LCD TV, 1 year old.  Suddenly the bottom 2/3 of the display is snow, the top 1/3 is normal, sound is fine.  Same on all imputs.  Clear horizontal line separating the snow from the normal picture.  I think the LCD must be good or else I wouldn't see the snow.  Is this a mainboard?  I can buy a replacement board on EBAY for $50.  Is this something I can fix?  I'm not sure what would take out just the lower 2/3 of the display, I would have thought the whole display would go out if it was a bad capacitor.
