Television and Home Theater

Ok guys, I have one in the shop right now that is giving me fits, It is a Zenith B27A74R. The original complaint is that 75% of the picture is missing. I turned up the screen and have a good raster. I put a staircase generator into the aux input and I have a good signal all the way to the jungle.

I have a mit. model vs-60707. I have a convergence problem. i replaced the ICs' STK 392-110. It worked for one day then failed. I replaced it again, but only worked for only three minutes then failed again. desperate for help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the WD 62725, and I now am getting an intermittent error.  Soemtimes this occurs while watching TV, where the TV just shuts off, and other times the TV wont turn on the next day after being off overnight.

The symptom is that the Status Light will flash green repeatedly.  From reading other posts on other models, it seems like this could be a DM board.  Is this the case, and can someone share some info on the repair for me.
