Television and Home Theater

I have a 1996 60" RCA  television and need the to take apart the front screen to remove spider webs. HELP!

My Mitsubishi WS-65513 Big Screen started blinking and would not stop . So I came to this website where alot of people were having the same trouble . I read where the trouble was in the (DM) Board with the 4 , 16v1000 capacitors . That was all I needed I unplug the set and open up the back . Started looking for the BM Board it was on the left side looking into the set (in a case ). I unplug two wires from the top of BM board and removed about six screws, removed it . When I removed the DM board from the case the 4 , 16v cap`s where group in one corner removed all 4 capacitors .

I have a panasonic PT-56HX41 and I'm having a problem where as soon as i turn on the tv i you hear it power on then after a second it turns itself off. The TV was recently given to me and now went out also so i'm wondering how much it would cost to repair and whether it is worth it or not.

Not sure this information will be helpful, but prior to this problem I was having a concave looking picture.
