Television and Home Theater

My RCA tv decided to popup the guideplus menu the other day while watching a dvd from an external player.  I tried to clear the guide menu but it would pop up again.  Then using the right arrow key it would start flashing the various setup menus and muted the sound.  I already have been through the replacement of the flyback and HOT to repair another problem.  Any ideas?

Hi; I'd just like to say, this is the best tech site I've ever seen!!!!! I had a problem with the convergence on my 4 year, almost to the day Sony KP-65WV600. So I did some searching on the internet and came up with your site. Where I read as much about this type problem as I could find. And I ended up contacting Ryan E. who had a thread about the same problem. So I ended up buying 2 STK392-560 IC's from MCM (aprox. $37 with VERY FAST shipping) and installed them last friday.

I am currently having convergance problems with my Sony, with the info I found on this forum I was able to find the part numbers for the IC chips. I was wondering if anybody could hook me up with the service manual.
