Television and Home Theater

I'm new to the forum and noticed that a lot of people had DM-Module problems with their mitsu Big Screens. For someone like me that does not know how to even venture into the electrical arena. What is the best recommendation to do with this TV. Most Repair shops will not do the job for at least $450.00 or more...Should i just save and get a $1000.00 TV that is new and nicer or is there any possible way to get this tv working for under $200.00. I'm in Arizona and if anyone can recommend anything it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 32" Visco LCD HDTV (model VSC-32V1) and a couple of days ago when I cut it on I heard a somewhat loud static noise coming from the television speakers.  The next day, the television would not cut on.  When I was able to get it to cut on, the picture would be come distorted (think of a channel screen where the channel is off air) and I could not cut off the television unless I unplugged the power cord from the back of the cord.  I could see the blue power light fading or flickering on and off.  I got it to work for a couple of hours twice but today it w
