Television and Home Theater

My Sony TV  is used with an outside antenna (no cable) in the Toronto area on  Ch 2 - Ch 57  

The sound is fine on all the stations at about 1/3 volume, but on Ch  57 I have to turn the volume up to the top to just hear it.

Any thoughts

My Sony TV blinks 9 times and does not start.

Found Larry Dillon article from 10/27/06 about blinking codes and he recommended to change D6116 and D6301 on "G" board.

 I cannot locate this "G" board. Could you please help?

My 42H83 had the vertical zig zag problem. I followed a thread and replaced the electrolytic capacitors. I was doing the happy dance. Now for the sad dance. I had my PS2 plugged into the front panel AV jacks and every thing was great. A week later I moved the PS2 to the back AV jacks, the screen flickered a couple of times, and went black. The audio works fine on all inputs including CATV. The power light at first blinked on and off. I turned off and back on, no blinking power light. I don’t hear any hi-voltage come on. Should I?
