My Sony TV blinks 9 times and does not start.

Found Larry Dillon article from 10/27/06 about blinking codes and he recommended to change D6116 and D6301 on "G" board.

I cannot locate this "G" board. Could you please help?

it is all the way to the left of the tv looking from the back, there are not that many part on the board.
