Television and Home Theater

I was handed a WS65809 1080HD (yeah-I know) because the display developed verticle lines.  I promptly applied my extensive electronics knowledge and determined that by slightly >forcing< the   HD decoder card to bend/warp in a specific "C-shape" direction- the picture cleared-up!  I quickly applied the approate amount of plastic tubing and duct tape to force the card to hold it's new shape, and all was well!

Insignia has been no help in getting my tv serviced.  I have also had no luck in finding out who actually made the model I have, IS-TvHD30.  I am having trouble finding someone to fix this 18mth old $600 tv.  I was hoping to find manufacturer so that I can at least get a repair manual to give to a repair service.  On line search has been no help.  Am I just s---- out of luck with this TV?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks, Marilynclaire
