Television and Home Theater

My trouble started when my Magnavox rear projection tv had double vision and I found out that it was a convergence issue. I had a stupid overpaid tv guy come and charge me $300 to fix the issue, but when he reassembled the tv the picture had a green hue to it. He wanted the tv remote, but I had no idea where it was because of a handy little invention called a universal remote. I guess he figured that it wasn't worth his time to use the simple buttons built into the tv and just left telling me to find the remote.

Is there a product that I can use to remove surface scratches off my TV base? It is a 1080 P HD TV and has a black glossy frame around it. I scratched it while trying to clean and I need it removed ASAP before hubby sees it!!!! Please help!!! EMailmewith any solutions...Car Wax does not work!!! [email protected]
