Television and Home Theater

If I remember correctly, the horizontal went small then the set died.
I think I was able to turn the set on a couple times then it completely died.

So far this is what i have learned from browsing different threads:

Replace IC601, Q501, Q502, and 0.1ohm fusible resitor (part numbers unknown)
Check for cracks and cold solder joints on flyback and horizontal driver transformer
Clean, tin and solder leads.

  I just got a Magnavox 48" TV from craigs list for free, and I am not sure if it just needs a good cleaning or if there is something going on with the picture.

 What is going on is the color is very bright almost as if the sharpness is off not sure tho.  I am able to see the picture just seems real bright.  Also I notice that the front screen is a little dirty can you please tell me what I can use to clean it.

I have a Mitsubishi 51" (possibly 52")  with possible convergence problem and vertical loss.  Does anyone have any information or schematics available?
