Boy, I see the word Mitsubishi way too many times in this forum.  Not a good sign! 

Anyway, my WD-52725 developed the infamous blinking green light with all of the symptoms described in some of the other posts. 

If you're still around Larry, I'd appreciate a set of instructions on replacing the bad capacitors on the various boards.  Do the instructions come with a list of part numbers and vendor for ordering these capacitors? 

Hi, I've read several threads regarding the nonstop flashing green light issue I'm having. I have a Mitsubishi Medallion 1080 series Model#: WS55613 manufactured in 10/03. For a few days it has started blinking when trying to turn it on, but it stops blinking after about 30 seconds and if we leave it alone for a little while it might come back on the next time we try to turn it on. However, at this point, the green light will not stop blinking, nothing appears on the screen, and reset doesn't do anything.

I picked up a set from a friend with a convergence issue. When adjusting convergence in the setup menu the green line is heavily bowed on each end. The Red and Blue are straight and adjustable.

Is this the failing convergence ICs and or pico fuses I read so much about or is it the green CRT.

I will repair it myself as long as it is not the CRT. This site is great!
