Hi, I've read several threads regarding the nonstop flashing green light issue I'm having. I have a Mitsubishi Medallion 1080 series Model#: WS55613 manufactured in 10/03. For a few days it has started blinking when trying to turn it on, but it stops blinking after about 30 seconds and if we leave it alone for a little while it might come back on the next time we try to turn it on. However, at this point, the green light will not stop blinking, nothing appears on the screen, and reset doesn't do anything. I've unplugged it for an hour and upon plugging it back in it just starts blinking again. Sounds like it could be the cap problem others have had with their sets. I'm usually quite handy and I'm ready to dig in to do what needs to be done.
