Television and Home Theater

I have a 56 inch JVC AV-56WP74 manufactured in 2003. All of a sudden the green has a sag on the upper left corner of the screen. After reading the blogs like so many others it seems the convergence ICs are in need of replacement. I removed the board and the originals are STK392-110.

My plans are to replace the STK392-110s with STK392-120s. I will order a service manual and supplies for removing and replacing the old chips.

My questions are:

Does anyone have a WS-55907 service and training manual?  I have had this TV for 8 years and this is the second video problem.  3 years ago the controller board for the blue lamp went out and it was repaired under warranty. 

Hi.  Have noticed over the last few days that moving from input device to input device was taking a couple of seconds.  I'd move to another device, have sound after 1 or 2 seconds, then picture after 5-7 seconds.  Yesterday, I had very erratic sound-- very soft, then very loud.  Today, no sound, then pic went out, then I got horizontal lines.  Ran the diagnostic & got 1-2= no problems. 

 Any ideas?  Seems like I've got multiple failures going on here, eh?  

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
