sony 36xbr800 5 blink problem please help

Hi all Im at my witts end on this TV  its a 2002 model KV-36xbr800 serial # 9013897 if that means anything to anyone . it all began with a 7 flash code so I goes online and purchased a kit to resolve the problem . OK no problem  I install the parts as instructed and I think im good to go . when I plug the tv in the first time after the repair it starts to crackle  in the rear near the tube and the circuit board that attaches to it . and no screen  just black tube  nothing . so me being of an OH well person  I tried to resolder some of the points on that board on the tube and I replaced the resistor  on that board and plugged it back in . well now I have some screen but it is all blurry  a fuzzy mess  i can barely read the message on the botttom left corner  NO SIGnal and now I get a repeated 5 blinks all the time and no picture but a fuzzy screen . anyone have any sujestions  or had this problem  I  love this TV too much but cant afford to buy a new one . Please help me im lost  without my TV  and does anyone have a circuit board map so I can atleast know what im lookin at or for . Thanks for your time and patients  kdm004
