Television and Home Theater

Hello all,

I have a Sony KV-36FV27 that was working perfectly fine. All of a sudden one morning it would not turn on. I opened up the back and saw that the fuse was burned black, so I took it out and got a replacement from RadioShack. When I put the new fuse in and plugged the power cord, the TV turned on for a brief second and then died again. The replacement fuse was also blown.

I have a 42" plasma TV from Panasonic. Every so often, I see red dots which become concentrated in certain areas of the screen. This can happen on any broadcasting station. I have no unshielded electronic devices near the plasma TV. The power cord is connected to a surge protector. What can be the cause of these red dots that appear on the plasma screen every so often? It is very annoying.

can anyone tell me where the pisco fuse is located is it by r515 or something related to the numbers      please and thank u
