Television and Home Theater

My Philips Plasma powers up and I get Audio but no video. I had noticed that recently I was getting lots red and green speckles on the screen which I think is the upper and lower Y buffers causing problems, if these went will they takeout the picture? What else should I look at. Also where I can get the replacement parts at a reasonable price?

My family owns a Philips model number: 60PP9100D/37. Last night while watching tv with the family the tv suddenly turned off. Two things came into mind: 1. tv timer went off to turn off tv or 2. one of our twins got a hold of the remote and turned off the tv...neither happened. My husband noticed the power light was blinking twice with a 4 second pause and blinked again.

I need to get parts for this t.v. were can i get them and not from manavox .Its the board in the left upper side small board has a burnt spot in it  can any one help me please.
