Television and Home Theater

This TV powers up 5 to 15 sec. Then shuts down then comes up does the same thing. Checked the voltages of the fans in the chassis and all seem to be working. Sent the ballast board in to moduslink PTS. They checked the board said it was OK. No other lights on the front panel come on or even flicker. The blue power light just starts blinking and it powers up and it starts all over again. Please HELP!!!

I'm looking for the schematics for 2 Zenith TV sets. A36B41 & TVBR1330  Can anyone help me out?

Replaced the convergence stk-392-110 and pico 5amp fuse. Turned the set on, still had convergence problem. Tried to adjust the convergence and it would not adjust. Did not replace any resistors seemed to check out ok,but... I have missed something. Any help would be great! ps: The stk 392-110 was what was in the set.
