Panasonic PT53WX42F 53" PROJECTION TV

Hello, i have a few questions before i order parts. I don't want to get the wrong parts.

I have a Panasonic PT53WX42F 53" PROJECTION TV HD made in 2002. I can do electronic work and soldering. The picture looks like this:

Would you happen to know if i need to repair convergence or if its a bulb? Is there a way to manually adjust the bulbs? I can not get the red to go left or right, just up and down (in the convergence screen using the remote).
