Television and Home Theater

I changed the convergence chips, etc. but the the screen is still distorted. The directions for fixing the problem said to put the settings back to the factory settings, and then change the convergence lines.  I do not have the remote and cannot find the convergence setting or the option to change it back to factory settings.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Ok i am having the 3d vision and the shadows are the red blue and green.. The thing is I have already ordered and installed new stk392-110 convergence chips but then powered on tv to see if i had fixed problem. I didnt check any of the resistors though. Sooo now i read up that I needed to check them but I the ones i check seem to be ok but there are way too many on every board to check. Can you give me some numbers of the resistors that are most likely to be the problem?

Hello, Have a rca g35830wk tv that just went off.  Had bad fuse and replaced blew right away.  Now i need to know if someone can tell me the common problems with this unit. Looked on boards and did not see anything for certain. Also is it possible to get a service or diagram for this unit.  Thanks in advance.
