Television and Home Theater

im in need of a copy of the service man. if any one has one please post it. im looking for a part to fix the dang thing. its the panl. behind the power button on the tv its self, its broking from that all the way past teh remote sen. so wont turn on with either its gay 

I replaced F9A05 and F9A04 and both Convergence IC's. I turn the TV on and it played (static) sound for about 6 seconds, then the fuses blew. I get error code 2-2. Any idea on why the fuses would be blowing. All the 3.9 ohm resistors read 2.1 with my radioshack multimeter. I don't know if that's because they are in circuit or because I have a cheap Multimeter. I doubt all the resistors went bad though. I am not entirely sure how to check diodes, caps, and cols so I haven't checked those.

 I also think a pin may have been loose on the IC, could that have blown the fuses?

I just inherited a Sony kp-61xbr48 projection TV. The previous owner told me he turned it on about 30 times when he first bought it, and then it died and he just bought a new one. Must be nice to have so much money you can just leave a TV like that sit for 10 years.

The TV would first have a white screen when you attempted to turn it on, but now it just flashes a red blinking light continuously that repeats after 7 blinks and a slight pause.
