my samsung 36" tv seems to have no yellow/green in picture-help

I HAVE A SAMSUNG 36" TV,(Samsung TXJ3678),I DO NOT HAVE A REMOTE FOR IT BUT I CAN'T GET THE PICTURE COLOR IN GOOD, IT SEEMS TO BE MISSING THE YELLOW OR GREEN SPECTRUM,IT WAS MADE IN 1999.ALSO IS THIS UNIT SUPPOSED TO HAVE PICTURE IN PICTURE?I GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP THANKS STEVE.

Sony T.V not working

I have a Sony T.V Model no. KP43HT20 and it doesn't work properly.The timer light keeps flashing 5 times and also when the set is turned on the picture comes on for 5 secs. and then turns off.Though when the pic. comes on there is horizontal retrace lines and the pic. is kinda purplish in colour.When the pic. turns off the sound is still there.

Could you please help me.

DVD Hookup problem

Here, is the story I just got a new Phillips DVD player hooked it up last night and nothing happens. I got the tv RCA brand set to channel 3. previous to the new DVD player I had a Emerson VCR/DVD Combo, While this was hooked up my Three year old son had taken the DVD wires that hookup to the tv off not sure what he did from there but after this the the DVD part of the combo would run without these wires hooked up
But now with the single DVD player I get nothing
Any help would be appreciated

Mitsubishi WS-55807 cONVERGENCE pROBELM

I own a 4 year old Mitsubishi WS-55807 55" projection tv. Recently the top and bottom parts of the screen have a bow-like effect causing distortion on the top and bottom of the screen - yet the middle of the screen is ok. Resetting the convergence from the remote back to the orginal factory default setting does nothing. Some days it's fine and on others its unwatchable. I've heard that the solder joints can go bad as well as the 6"x8" heat sink.

RCA chassis ctc177 has an intermittent power on failure....sometimes the set sounds like it is going to start, but it diesn't.....sound familiar to anyone....Thamks, Tomaak
