magnet damage

Help!! does anyone know if magnet damage to a 28in flatscreen (not LCD or Plasma) sony television can be repaired or is that the end of our TV? My son loves magnets but has always been told to keep it away from the tv, but today as he walked past with it, he caught the screen! now we have two shadows in the middle of the picture! help please!

I have had this item for about 2 months, I un-plugged it and moved it out of my living room on saturday but when I tried to put it back in today I have found that there is no display on the front VDF display lens and none of the front buttons seem to work, I can't open the disk door or anything. When I put my TV on to the AV channel I do get the DVD start up screen but I cant do anything else with it. I have checked my manual for trouble shooting points but can't find this problem in there.

how do I get to the service menu??

I have a JVC AV32-D303 TV and my kids were playing with the remote control and somehow got into the service menu. Now I can't select any of the aux inputs. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there a way to to back to a factory preset? I'd perfer not to spend $30.00 on a service manual. Help

CAN ANYONE HELP? MY PLASMA MONITOR MODEL NO. JVC GM-V42E SUDDENLY LOST ALL PICTURE LEAVING A VERY FAINT SHADOW ON THE BORDERS OF THE MONITOR. LOST ALL MENU DISPLAY ALSO AND THE UNIT IS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD, ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE CAUSE COULD BE BEFORE THE USUAL £80.00 CALL OUT FEE IS REQUIRED, CHEERS

right i have just got my old bush T.V that i had sum time ago but never used well it doesnt hav a remote control an when i have had a look i cant seem to find where i go to tune the thing in without the control so plz if anyone knows how to tune in a small bush T.V an video combo manually then plz plz help. thanx Dave.
