Television and Home Theater

two or three years ago, we had digital cable installed for our
Toshiba 42H82 HDTV. immediately thereafter, we began experiencing
problems with losing picture.  consistently what will happen after
watching the tv for a couple of minutes or so, the picture will begin
to cut out.  sound is never affected, but the picture will
continue to go in and out until we turn it off.

I have a Symphonic ST423E TV. It has worked great until just recently when the sound stopped working. I can't control the volume from the TV or the remote. I still get a picutre but there is no sound what-so-ever. Please help!!

When I turn on my Toshiba TV, the screen is blank, there is no sound and the red power light is on. I found that fuse F301 (500ma) was blown and resistor R327 (5.6 ohm) was open. I replaced both of them but the resistor keeps burning up and the fuse keeps blowing. I don't have a schematic and I am not sure what components to check. Any ideas? Thanks.
