panasonic mod #PVQ2512 have pic no sound

This TV is only 4 yrs old, it is a TV/VCR combo and problems started with sound trouble. Had to turn it up full blast to barely hear it and now I have no sound at all. Picture is fine, VCR is fine, just no sound at all. Was needing to get it repaired or checked but I would like to know possible solutions, or know what might be the problem before I get ripped off with repair shop. Any ideas anyone????

V-Chip password HELP!!

I recently purchased an Insignia Television(off the shelf).   Someone has set the V-chip password.  Noone at the store could help me or the Insignia tech support.  Is their any way to override or reset the password or should I just return the t.v. to the store?  I would greatly appreciate some help.

Thanks

RCA 32" COMBO Volume Issues

Hello All

I hope someone can answer a question regarding an RCA TV volume issue I have.

I own a 32" combo TV-VCR-DVD unit. The volume works when I use either the DVD or VCR components but not the TV itself.

Has anyone heard of this issue before and if you have is it worth repairing? Is it costly? The TV itself has an excellent picture but this volume issue is quite frustrating.

I thank you in advance.

Regards,

John

Toshiba rear projection convergence problem

Can anyone give me any advice on re-aligning the convergence settings on my 4 year old 40 inch Toshiba rear projection TV. I understand the advice given so far but don't know how to actually perform this feat? can anyone give me advice on how to do this or is this another expensive repair bill?
