The 21 code is an indication that the set is shutting down because of excessive High Voltage. The 21 code is an X-Ray protect mode. Could be a power supply problem, a horizontal sweep problem, a sweep power supply problem, or maybe a problem in the X-Ray Protect mode itself. Some troubleshooting with a multimeter, ESR meter, and the service manual would be the way to go now. If you have no printed circuit board repair experience or any circuit flow troubleshooting, play it safe and call in a tech to assist you in this repair. Good Luck
It would be a little nicer to ask for help in this problem instead of acting like your owed the answers?. Man you seem a little tense. Ask nicely and maybe you will get some help man. We do not get paid here to look up information for you, as you could simply buy a service manual and look up this info. Ask like a nice questions man!
