Gadgets room by room - The bathroom

I have two gadgets worth discussing, one is my Body Fat Analyzer Bathroom Scale, the other is my electric toothbrush.

Today I am going to talk about the scale. I have found that when my exercise routine includes weight lifting, I can lose inches and not pounds. It can be frustrating to not see any progress on the scale. So, I bought a bodyfat scale.

I really like it. I have a Taylor scale. It is great. It is digital and easy to read, consistant and fairly accurate. (It got good ratings from prevention magazine.) The battery lasts a long time, and it is very easy to use.

I know it is a good gadget because my other family members have been using it as well. Even my son, who has been playing around with weightlifting, likes it. He is still growing taller, so watching bodyfat percentage helps him to know if he is making progress when he is on a growth spurt.

They are not very expensive - look to spend between thirty and forty dollars for one of the simple models.
