i.TV, a free iPhone app, launched today:

After knocking around in the judicial system for several years, TiVo’s finally going to receive a cash payment now that EchoStar & DISH’s patent infringement appeal will not be tackled by the Supreme Court. Of course, $104 million may just be the first payment… There’s potentially more at play pending claims of continued infringement and the contempt hearing outcome.
