Television and Home Theater

Hello, im new to the forum, I've been reading alot of post for a while now, on changing out the ic's. Well i got the 2 ic's (stk-560-392) in yesturday and installed them, taking me a while making sure it was done right. Was kind of excited by fixing it myself, but turned the tv (kp-65ws510) on and still having the same problems, 3-d effect. Can someone give me some tips on what else it might be, thankz....

The sony kdlx2000 comes with an ntsc input. I plugged my dvd player in (which is region free) put in a dvd movie yet it comes out black and white. I need help plz anyone.

DVD make is an unkown (bought in Canada)

DVD movie is PAL

TV has ntsc and pal input so WHY WHY? 

I bought a phillips crt tv 60PP935217. The guy I bought it from decide to do some maintance and pulled the blue lens off not knowing that their was coolant inside. Some of the coolant got on the board it was pluged in but never turned on I cleaned the board with alocohl, I got it cleaned and all dry even under all the transistors and etc and I replaced the coolant that got out. Now when I turn the tv on I hear a click and it sounds like it is trying to fire up and the power light is on. About 10 to 15 seconds I hear another click and it all shuts itself off.
