Plasma display problem

I have a single horizontal line which continually rises from near the bottom of the display and disappears near the top.

The display is a panasonic TH42PWD6.

Is this a S-video connection problem?

The tv signal is from a set top box and the DVD from a panasonic home theatre system SC-HT545W.

When we turn the TV on the screen display is made up of 96 columns with horizontal lines.  The horizontal lines alternate in intensity from top to bottom and also alternate in intensity from column to column.  Some of the columns are narrower than others.  This pattern is black and white and fills the entire screen.  I have unplugged the TV to let it set for 15 minutes and plugged it back in with no results.  The raster

Samsung TV has too much red / too little green

I turned my set (32" Samsung, about 8 years old - tube) on today and there was a rapid succession of what I can only describe as the picture "popping" on the screen. The set is plugged in through the cable box and I noticed the cable wasn't on so I turned everything off and started it up again.

I immediately had a picture and everything worked fine but the picture has too much of a red tint (or too little green?)

Finlux Help

Hi,

I have a FINLUX 82X210.

This morning the set was switched on and the red colour was missing, there was no gradual degredation, therefore it looks like a component or device failure.

Any help would be appreciated.

Plasma as a secondary computer monitor

I currently have a Pioneer plasma monitor with a VGA input which I have my HP Media Center computer hooked up and I want to use a secondary monitor. The computer is in one room and the plasma is in different room. I'd like to use my plasma as a secondary monitor and by using a wireless keyboard and mouse surf the internet from the family room rather than going to the office.
