Television and Home Theater

Hi I have a sky pds 4250. When i use the pc input the picture and sound is fine, but when i use the scart inputs i get sound and a two inch band along the bottom of green and pink pixels.

I have tried other scart leads and various input devices.

any suggestions?

I am new to this forum and would like to ask if anyone has had the problem I am having.  On the right side of the screen it is similiar to what we always called ghosts, but they are in colors, red and green. It started out small but now it is about 6 inches into the picture on the screen.

I have a  PANASONIC pt-53wx53G when I turn it on,  the tv you can hear the relay click  it wants to come on the picture tubes lights up very dem for a couple sec  then the relay click the red LED light blink 1 time then out then 1 time. when i removed the front and rear panle the frist time there was sparks coming from the blue plug on the power supply circuit board.
