Television and Home Theater

I have a Samsung Plasma T4254.  I took the TV for repair because I was having some power issues.  They replaced the power supply, and the tv is now working again.  The problem now that the the images are now shifted to the right.   The volume menu is also moved to the right.
I'm seeing half the TV channels logo located on the bottom right, and half of the writting on the screen.
I tried changing the resolution, and also did everything, but no luck.

Please advise

We are told this part is no longer made nor available to replace. Possibly, have it rebuilt. Our TV is 8 years old trying to decide is it worth the cost of rebuild and what if any other repair would cause this blinking green light no pic no sound. Has anyone had this problem???

I have a 2007 Toshiba 26HL67 tv, serial #AM338001885 was having trouble with remote not being able to turn on or off but still able to power on by side button and use remote for everything else, now tv got turned on and would not turn off with any button including side power button , had to unplug to power down , now tv will not turn on at all . I have checked the switches on side of tv with meter and they are in working order , only light on tv is a small green light I can see from looking inside of lower back of tv, power is fine all the to circuit board also .
