Television and Home Theater

I am working with a Panasonic Model CT-35G25B. The set will not start when the power button is pressed. Instead all I get is a loud squeal coming from the main board. I found some cracked solder joints in the power supply section so I went ahead reflowed all of the joints in that area of the chassis, no change. I checked various diodes and transistors in the power supply section and found none that were bad. I was searching in this forum and found something pertaining to a service bulletin (or modification) and a repair kit.

My Sony Bravia stanby light blinks 6 times at intervals. Took it to a tech shop and were charging $450.00 to repair. Is there another inexpensive route to fix?

I have already downloaded the Service Manual.  Can you send a picture or diagram of which capisitors need replacing on the DM Board.  e-mail [email protected]
