I am working with a Panasonic Model CT-35G25B. The set will not start when the power button is pressed. Instead all I get is a loud squeal coming from the main board. I found some cracked solder joints in the power supply section so I went ahead reflowed all of the joints in that area of the chassis, no change. I checked various diodes and transistors in the power supply section and found none that were bad. I was searching in this forum and found something pertaining to a service bulletin (or modification) and a repair kit. However the thread is 5 years old and the links that were given no longer work. Would like to see if anyone here still has that information along with any other info that may help.
