Television and Home Theater

I have a convergence problem on my 51" magnovox TV. The red gun is off. The red bows toward the center in a wave pattern starting in the right. When I try to use the manual convergence, I can move it left and right, but not up and down. Any suggestions? Also, does anyone know where I can get a service manual for a Magnovox 51MP392H/17 TV. Everywhere I look doesn't have this particular set.

I found this old transformer from an old tube tv, is 120v input and about 140v output, so i can build myself an  Isolation Transformer,and  i'm trying to know  how many amps does it put out,  i already blew a fuse out on my Fluke 88V by measuring the same way we measure volts with the AC A setting, is there another way to measure amps , i never studed it deeply because never had to use the amps side, do i have to use some resistor in series with it,can you explain  it  to me, also how to know which is the hot and the neutral of

The sanyo ds31590 will change channel, will not volume up or down, will not menu, and will not receive input from the remote.  The only control that works is power on.  It wont power off either. 

Any help or suggestions gratefully accepted...
