Television and Home Theater

I have a mitsu ws-65315 chassis #24. Turned on the Tv one night, came on fine, pressed the first # on the cable box to change channel, tv shut off, never to power up again. pulled out code 2-2. replaced convergence ic's with sanyo replacements, replaced fuses f9a02, f9ao3,f9a04, and f9a05, along with all 12 ic resistors 2w 3.9ohm. Turn on tv, I hear a ticking on the power board near the front of the set(tv screen end) then after 5 secs shuts off. still getting code 2-2....HELP please. I have no electronic testing equiptment, and am pretty new to this.

This set powers up just fine and I am able to see the menu screen and all the on screen controls but none of the video inputs display anything. When using the vga input the set is able to tell what resolution I am pumping to it but will not display video. I believe it has to do with one of the 2 video boards, and I dont know which to buy. Either the Digital video board ANP1932-G or the analog video board ANP1936-E. I am leaning tward the Digital board, but I would rather not waste a bunch of money on a hunch.

I have a mitsubishi 1080P HD TV. I use an HD cable card from my local cable company. The problem is that the TV will trip off when I'm on the HD channels. I happens at any time (sometimes it takes hours) but will trip off. I've had the local cable company change the card several times to no avail. After the TV stops blinking and resets, I can go back to the channels again, Sometimes it will trip over to a non-HD channel (2). Why does this happen? Ive been told its everything from a strong cable signal to a weak one. My signal comes in right at -1 to +1 so that can't be it.
