Television and Home Theater

I work for an electronics repair company and I am having the famous Sony convergence problem just like a lot of the people who have posted here.  I know about doing the job, which is just so strangely simular to the Hitachi convergence jobs I have been doing for a while, but the service menu for the Sony that I am working on evades me.  I'd be nice to have the manual if I could get it.  I know the customer convergence has a whole lot of points which you can allign, however I am sure there must be a service mode convergence if it is so simular to Hitachi.  (Even right dow

Please help...we used our tv for an anniversary party so we could play a dvd during the party.

Our tv is a cable ready Magnavox.

When we were back home hooking the tv/vcr/dvd player back in we could not get the channels on the tv to come back in.

Now the screen has  x 69 in the upperleft hand corner and we can not auto program the channnels back in.

Do we need to have a code to reset the channels? We do not have cable hook-up. We get only the three local channels.

We would appreciate your help/suggestions in this matter.

Hi my TV is a AKAF 2001 52 inch TV the screen shows red ,green can someone please tell me what i need to do. My husband bought it when he was in iraq .Now hes gone to germany and the tv is messing up could i have some advice thank you.
