Television and Home Theater

I have a Samsung pcn5425rx/xaa. One night after a storm, the colors were scrambled on-screen, and no amount of attempting to converge the screen would help. After 30 mins or so of adjusting, the television turned off, and wouldn't completely turn on. (Little green light flashing, but no picture.) The other functions of the tv work just fine. A tech came and looked at it, and gave me an estimate for a "convergence circuit rebuild", which was to cost me $390.00 +tax.

I found what I believe to be the whole convergence module on-line for $71.55.

I own a RCA F36650 television, this past Tuesday I turned the television on and heard a pop, after that time there was no picture or sound.  I unplugged the television and left it unplugged for a few hours, after replugging I began to hear a screeching sound that won't turn off, still no picture or sound.  How can I fix this problem with using a service technician.

Moved my Sony Grand Wega LCD High Definition Projection TV from one room to the other, and now when the TV is on any High-Def channels, the right speaker works fine, but the left speaker makes a kind of whistling/beeping sound. This ONLY happens in high def. What gives? Model number is KDF-42WE655.

Any idea what it would cost to fix? I've tried just about every setting on the TV to try to troubleshoot.
