Where to find 57" replacement screen?

Hi, I just picked up a 57" Hitachi HDTV rear projection tv.  I know nothing about tv's at all.  The protective cover is really damaged, and the very next screen is moderately damaged but not too bad (I believe it is the lenticular because it is the very next screen after the protective cover??? band that's just from what I've found online tonight.

Two clear images about 8 inches apart vertically.Does not appear to be the cable or antena.

Could it possibly be a setting messed up on the remote .

Any ideas would be appreciated

Mitsubishi TV - Blue light shaking

I have a Mitsubishi Diamond Vision, model WS-65711.  Its a 60" display.  The blue light is shaking and cannot be converged.  Looking for a diagnosis of the problem and/or parts that may be required to fix the problem.

I have a red screen on my TV after 3 seconds of being turned on. I was told that it may be a green jet or a red jet. I think they mean tube. Is it worth fixing

 I have a 42" Mitsubishi projection HDTV. The problem im having is . Now when i turn it on all I get is a green screen. The menu works and has all the colors and the cable box isnt doing it. Any suggestions.? I have a warrenty on it and the guy has been out twice and hasnt fixed it. Its from BEST BUY. Probley the last time i walk in that store. thanks.. tim
