Television and Home Theater

I have a philips 26"lcd, it will not start, when I turn it on the blue power light turns on for 1 sec then turns off and then red blinking light turns in and starts blinking. can someone tell me what's going on with it. i really need some help, can it be fixed?  

First - I am a Noob here but it looks like a great site.  I have a 4 year old Apex 43" rear projection tv  - model # GB43HD09 -  that recently (about 8 weeks ago) started exhibiting typical convergence issues.  We were able to 'deal with it' by giving it a slap on the side and it would sort of snap to.  Over the past week this remedy quit working.  I started poking around the web last night and found some other sites though they were not as thorough as this one.  I removed the back of the unit.

Does anyone have a service manual and/or schematics for MITSUBISHI WS-65908 Rear Projection TV/Big screen?  TV is approximately 5-6 years old and this is my first problem with the unit.  Problem is Hourglass shape on both sides, and on left side of screen is out of focus, and colors are separating (blue, red and green).  After a few second, problem resolves itself and TV looks great.  Than, when you think its all over, problem returns - it's hard on the eyes.  Reading up and after several searches, it's pointing to the Convergence modules.&n
