Television and Home Theater

I have a Samsung HC-P4241W.  I opened the back and pulled the board that has the IC STK chips on it.  I desoldered them (2 STK 394-250 chips) and replaced them.  The solders are clean and not crossing over.  I located 4 green pico fuses in various locations around the board, they all test fine for continuity.

Even after replacing the STK's the TV has an obvious image convergence issue even after the repair.  Does anyone have a service manual that I could look at?  Any suggestions as to where else I should look to fix this thing?  

I just recieved this WS55907 because it didn't work. I used the input and menu buttons and recieved a 22 code, which is a short circuit problem. So I was told to change the capacitors and it would fix it up right. Does this sound right and would it be possible for you to point me in the direction of where the capacitors I'm supposed to replace are on the circuit board? I also have a VS50707 and that gives me a 12 code which is no error occured. But was told that it is the capacitors or the transistors on this model are prone to going bad. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have an RCA D52W14 television.  About 3 years old- has worked faithfully all 3 years.  A week ago, I tried to turn the tv on with the remote and the power light came on for 5 seconds and then shut off.  THis happened 3 times.  I then tried to turn it on using the power buttons on the front of the television, again the power light came on for 5 seconds, went off and then cycled for 3 times.  Each time the light came on, a familiar sound like the television was going to boot up but each time nothing happened.
