Mitsubishi wt-46809 red shadows/blank screen

Hello everyone,

Sony 42" KE-MX42S1 Turns itself off.

Can anyone shed some light on my dilemma?

When I turn the T.V. on it will go for a few seconds and then turn off, it has a red light that flashes 9 times over and over.

I have found on this site that it means I would most likely need to replace capacitors (D6116 and D603) located on circuit board 'G'

I have taken the back off and looked around but can not locate the circuit board 'G'.

Does anyone know where to find this circuit board and the 2 capacitors?

Also could it be something else that is the problem?

Sony 50" SXRD blinking 3 times. What is T603, R672?

My Sony wont turn on. It's flashing red 3 times. I see it says it's (OVP) over voltage protection. On the power supply circuit check T603, and R672. What are they, where are they, and how do I fix them? Can someone please help?

picture in hd looks the same as regular tv

I just hooked up a VX37L-10A 42'' to a hd converter and no matter what I change I don't see any change in the picture.  I have tried all of the output resolutions, both aspect ratio's of 4x3 and 16x9 and the picture size and there doesn't seem to be any change in anything regardless of whatever I select.  The picture appears squashed with a 3 inch or so bar on top and bottom and the quality is rather soft and lacking detail of any kind.
