Television and Home Theater

Im new to this forum and wonder if anyone can help me?!

I have a Wharfedale LCD3210AF Television (Which has built in freeview), Typically it has just ran out of warranty!

The problem I am having is that when watching 'digital' I am inable to change channel. It is stuck on the last channel I was watching. None of the buttons on the remote control will work except for the volume and mute! I am able to switch to terrestial channels when the remote control will work as normal!

Any advice on how to fix a Toshiba 44NHm84 that has no color on the left side.

after replacing the convergence board to fix a red gun problem and replacing the rear panel that holds the mirror, the picture was about 2" too low.  i know i have to redo the convergence but why would the picture be that far off? the mirror is secure, so it did not move.  i can see nothing that would allow for the panel to installed wrong.  thought i could shim out the rear panel to adjust the mirror but something else must be wrong.  should i attempt to adjust the mounting angle of the guns or try to correct thru the convergence?
