Television and Home Theater

I have a WD-52725 purchased in October of 2004.  Within the first 90 days the Light Engine had to be replaced along with a bulb.  Since then I have replaced the bulb 2 more times, most recently in August.

  My friend asked me to see if I could find out the problem with his 52" Phillips rear projection T.V. he tell me when words come up on the screen thy are doubled sort of like a Shadow.also he gets green and red wavy lines at the bottom of his screen.Any idea or dose it just need adjustment?

Ya, I looks like i need to order a new convergence board with the IC's & STK's and all that fun stuff. So if someone could email me a service manual, I would appreciate it [email protected]
