Television and Home Theater

my big screen tv is about ten years old and is starting to act funny. last month the picture started to glitch when i turned it on. the picture would come through but warped like a bubble picture. it would be like this for a few seconds before giving a normal picture. the problem has been getting worse and looks like its becoming more of a permanent issue. does anyone know what part seems to be malfunctioning. and how id go about fixing it. its not the connections because it is on all videos. color seems fine. just getting a distorted bubble picture.

 The blue convergence started bowing a couple weeks ago, I could reset the vertical but the horizontal would not move. I checked the red and that worked fine. a couple weeks later and the green is all bowed. the red still appears to be alligned, and their is no adjustment for the green. Am I looking at replacing more than the ic's ? and does any one have a service manual for this model. I haven't soldered since high school, but I'd rather break it my self than spend $300. on a tech who may or may not know what he's doing. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Mitsubitshi Mod. WD-52525, I need help. I turned it off it was ok. when I turned it back on no picture or sound. I do get static.
